Artist Talk: Danni Ebanks-Ingram

In this talk, Danni Ebanks-Ingram will be exploring the creative intersectionalities that run throughout various roles in the workplace: this will include navigating the freelance world and varied arts organisations and how to utilise your creative skills with the ever changing restrictions within this current COVID 19 world. Additionally, Danni will be giving an overview of their career and how they have implemented their creativity within varied spaces.

About Danni

Danni is a performance artist engaging in social and political subjects through a multidisciplinary practice who has, over a number of years, worked in the arts in a variety of capabilities such as a marketer, artist, curator and producer.

Danni has worked with Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery, Ikon Gallery, The S+K Project, Fierce Festival, Shout Festival, CineQ Festival and many more creative spaces in Birmingham and London. Currently Danni is a co-founder and the creative engagement at CIVIC SQUARE; A bold approach to visioning, building and investing in civic infrastructure for neighbourhoods of the future.

Spaces on sessions are limited, in order to maintain an informal atmosphere and allow for discussion.

This talk is hosted as part of our Blast! Creative Network programme. Taking place online once a month the BCN programme offers talks, workshops, opportunities and social events to bring emergent artists based in Sandwell or the Black Country a yearlong events programme that provides a space for knowledge sharing and support.
