Green Roots Green Roots is a community arts & cultural programme that invites Sandwell residents to explore how we might build environmentally resilient communities through our local, natural and urban environments. BCN Artist Development Programme Our artist development programme offers artists in Sandwell and the wider Black Country yearly commissions alongside a free public programme of events. It was set up to provide artists in the local area opportunities for critical engagement and collaboration outside of formal arts education.
