Open for Business preview, M Shed Bristol
On the 21 March 2015 M Shed became the eighth cultural partner to exhibit Open for Business, the national touring exhibition which aims to tell the story of British manufacturing and industry through the lens of nine Magnum photographers. The preview night was a resounding success with the attendance of Bristol-based Magnum photographer Martin Parr, who had visited eleven manufacturing companies in the region including Aardman Animations, Libertine Bicycles, Cameron Balloons and BAE Systems. Representatives from some of the companies photographed by Martin attended the preview including Libertine Bicycles, Robin Mather and Renishaw. Check out a few photographs from the event below.
