Everyone had a lovely afternoon at Sandwell Libraries celebrating #BlackHistoryMonth. Emma Purshouse and Alan Kurly McGeachie read from our new book ‘Black Country Roots’ available to buy from our website here: www.multistory.org.uk/shop/ A special thanks to Pat and the team at Central Library, West Bromwich for hosting a great Black History Month event to celebrate ‘Black Country Roots’ and putting on a brilliant spread. Thanks also to our inspiring speakers: Councillor Jackie Taylor, Emma Purshouse and Kurly McGreachie. A selection of photographs and stories from the book will be on display at the library until the end of the month.
